   Hello Dan,
   
   I'm a small business owner struggling to get off the ground. I started NES last fall and have completed 2 jobs. Business is slow due to the fact i can't get the information i need to advertise and inform customers from my supplier which is currently sherwin-williams. I feel like i'm in over my head in trying to get this business going and after finding elitecrete systems feel this is the busines i should be
   persuing. I have asked sherwin-williams for training and a catalogs of products months ago and now that
   summer in near i'm sitting on absolutly nothing. Very frusterated!
   I plan on attending the elite crete systems training seminars as soon as i can afford it, shooting for April. I'd like to get familiar with the business and start leaning the terms of the business to better understand and prepare myself for what's to come. I have spent hours reading the message boards and i'm excited to learn what i need to know to better serve my area.
   Is there a way i can familiarize myself with the terms and procedures used in your line of business to have a heads up when i go to these training seminars? Any information would be greatly appreciated!
